Dennis E. Sharpe

Dennis E. Sharpe, 82, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at St. Francis Nursing Home in Tiffin.

Dennis was born on July 1, 1941 in Indianapolis, IN, to the late George and Vivian (Slinkard) Sharpe.

Survivors include his daughter, Deanna (Jeff) Mason of Belpre, OH, two grandchildren, Taylor and Nathan Mason, two sisters, Margie Ray of Greenwood, IN and Judy Partin of Townsend, Georgia, four nieces, Kim (Steve) Coppes, Lori Sharpe, Nikki Sharpe and Shelly (Jason) Smyser.

Dennis worked for the railroad and as an electrician. Dennis was a United States Navy Veteran and a 1959 graduate of Lawrence Central High School in Lawrence, Indiana. Dennis enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, camping and gardening.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Dianna Sharpe, a brother, Richard Sharpe and two brothers-in-law, Gene Ray and Henry Partin.

Graveside services for Dennis will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2024 at Calvary cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, from 2-4 p.m., at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin.
